Q: Where are your products made?
A: All of our products are made on our family farm in Omaha, TX.
Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes, we ship domestically through our website. For international orders, please call us directly to arrange shipping.
Q: Do you offer subscription services?
A: No, we do not offer subscription services at this time.
Q: Do you provide gift options or packaging?
A: We do not offer gift options or packaging currently.
Product-Specific Questions
Q: How long do your canned goods last?
A: Our canned goods have a shelf life of 18 months from production. After opening, they should be refrigerated. Jams and jellies last 30 days, salsas 14 days, BBQ sauces 90 days, Texas’ best hot sauce 90 days, pickles 90 days, sauerkraut 14 days, and mustards 90 days.
Q: Are your products organic?
A: Our products are not certified organic, but we use organic ingredients whenever possible. All our products are non-GMO, soy-free, seed oil-free, and carrageenan-free. The only exception is our soy candles, which are not for consumption.
Q: What ingredients do you avoid in your products?
A: We avoid GMOs, soy, seed oils, and carrageenan in our consumable products. Our soy candles are the only products containing soy.
Ordering and Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal and credit cards for online orders. For local pickup and in-store purchases, we also accept cash. Additionally, we accept Bitcoin, though it is not yet integrated on our website. Please contact us directly for orders using Bitcoin. We use Square for credit card processing.
Q: What is your typical processing time for orders?
A: Some of our products are made to order, which may cause a delay. All products in an order will ship together, so if an item needs to be made, the entire order will ship once it is ready.
Q: Can I place an order using cryptocurrency?
A: Yes, we accept Bitcoin. Since it is not integrated on our website, please contact us directly to place an order using cryptocurrency.
Storage and Shelf Life
Q: How should I store your products?
A: Canned goods should be refrigerated after opening. Jams and jellies have a shelf life of 30 days, salsas 14 days, BBQ sauces 90 days, and mustards 90 days when kept refrigerated.
